Alobijod Cove Beach - The famous white sand beach of Guimaras

Hello my worldmappin friends!! How's the weather in your country??
It has been sunny and hot here for a few days..
I got a chance to go to the beach and swim..

We went to one of the famous white sand beach here in our province...
this is the first white sand beach in Guimaras.. We went here so many times since I was a child.. but every time we went here, there is always new things to discover here..

First thing I notice are the cottages..

the posts supporting the huts are now concrete.. before it was only made of logs... that makes the huts more stronger and durable..

the roofs are still made of cogon grass.. because this cogon grass helps cool the temperature inside the hut.. they also put some aesthetic lights to make it more beautiful at night..

the seats before were also made of bamboo, but now they are made of strong wood... they varnished it to protect it..

Next thing,,,

they put up sign everywhere to guide tourists where to go..

they also have hotel where you can stay comfortable overnight.. the rooms are fully air-condition for the guests comfort..

and now, let's check the beach...

there are motorboats that you can rent if you want to go island hopping.. you can see the different small islands near the beach.. and also, you can visit another resort on other islands..

they put floating fence with net to avoid people from going too far from the shore.. to avoid accidents and drowning..

you can see a lot of people swimming and enjoying the nice weather.. but not too crowded like Boracay.. you can enjoy the whole beach..

I enjoyed swimming and taking pictures.. seeing the beauty of this beach improve makes me proud of my province..
