Hello, y'all amazing people!
My mom came over to our house this morning so that we could attend the wake of my aunt together. She lives a 20-minute drive from us. In my previous post, I mentioned that I had a few butterflies visiting me these past few days. According to our belief, a butterfly visiting your home indicates the presence of a deceased loved one. Therefore, earlier, around 10 a.m., we went to see my aunt, who had breast cancer and passed away. The drive there is less than an hour, and her house is in the next town. We almost got lost on our way, and I haven't been to her house in over a decade. Everything has changed, and there are numerous brand-new houses and landmarks there. The main landmark I know is that her home is situated behind a Catholic church and before a cement manufacturing plant.
We stopped in front of the Catholic church. At the entrance, there is a huge centennial tree. I don't know what sort of tree it is, but I'm rather positive it is an Indian rubber tree. However, it appears to be one, or is it? The trunks have the appearance of huge snakes or roots stuck to their branches. I just can't get enough of it because it's super cool. It has probably been there for a century. I just wanted to let you all know about it. Mother Nature never fails to amaze me. So here are the photos.
I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday, regardless of where you are. Enjoy the photos. Thank you for stopping by.

Happy that you love'em, sis. Thank you. Happy Tuesday!
Such a stunning tree! Such a crazy root system and I love it how they've been planted and grounded for hundreds of years, standing strong! Some here in NZ are thought to be almost 2000 years old!:)
Thank you, big bro! I just don't see this one everyday, and I thought it's super cool.
Have a great day out there! Thank you for stopping by!
