Good morning, y'all amazing people! It's the first Sunday after Halloween! Time flies!

I woke up a little late today, and I am wondering if I want more sleep, an adventure, to go dine out, or to just be lazy. I was exhausted yesterday, and I deserve a great day off. Sundays are great for clearing away all the negativity and anything toxic from last week to start fresh with the new week before us. I like fresh starts.

Anyway, I have nothing special to share today, but I've got a few photos from our recent walk just before Halloween. It was an evening walk to the surf town with my daughter, which is not too far away from where we live. As the sun began its descent that day, my daughter and I embarked on an evening walk through the charming lanes of Surf Town. The salty sea breeze and the distant sound of waves crashing against the shore were our companions as we strolled, hand in hand, along the quaint streets.

Surf Town, with its unique blend of coastal charm and bohemian spirit, was alive with activity. The sidewalks buzzed with locals and tourists, which I missed taking shots of, all drawn out by the allure of the perfect evening. We were on a quest too, looking for a place to satiate our growing hunger. There are several food stalls and restaurants in the area, so we could not decide where to go. The town offered an array of eateries, each more inviting than the last. From cozy seafood shacks to trendy fusion restaurants and even street food on carts, the tantalizing aroma of food wafted through the air, making our choice even more difficult. Yet, amidst this culinary adventure, I was captivated by the vibrant life of the streets, and I thought it was splendid. I just can't get enough once there's a camera in my hand.

I found myself drawn to the beauty of the mundane, and my daughter was thrilled to take photos as well. Each scene was a snapshot of Surf Town's soul, and we decided to capture these moments. With our hunger momentarily forgotten, we turned our evening walk into an impromptu photo walk. The streets, bathed in the warm glow of the street lights, were our canvas, and we painted it with our memories. Our evening stroll ended not with a meal but with a collection of beautiful photos that encapsulated the spirit of Surf Town. As we walked back home, our hearts were full, not with food but with the joy of shared experiences and the simple pleasure of an evening well spent. These were taken in my town, San Juan, La Union. I thought I'd share with y'all.
