Greetings Dear Readers;
.
Hope you are well and enjoying a fine day today.
What a Principle ....right...too simple? Let's give it a look.
'Hypersensitivity means loss of common sense.'
Hyper....Sensitive....ity...
Let's look at the word...'Sensitive'...'That conveys or receives sense impressions; as sensitive nerves.' Med. Abnormally susceptible; sensitized.'
'Excessive sensitivity'....is the meaning of the word 'Hypersensitivity'....loss of objectivity...resulting in loss of common sense.
Common sense...(as found in the dictionary)...'implies a capacity for making practical, or prudent and reasonable decisions.'
Looking at the meaning of these words assists in a clearer, sharper, understanding of this Principle/ Timeless Truth.
Let's see if we can say it another way....now that we have looked at the meaning of these words according to a dictionary.
Excessive sensitivity causes loss of the ability to make reasonable decisions.
It should be noted that 'Hypersensitivity is blind to it's hypersensitivity'...hopefully it is only of short duration. This is why this principle is helpful...if we can realise we are not being reasonable...we can recognise our need of objectivity.
Shall we give this Timeless Truth a think.
.
Wishing you and yours all the best...God's best!
.
...For God loved the world so much that He sent His uniquely born Son (Jesus Christ) so that anyone who believes on Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3.16
It is faith alone in Christ alone for salvation.

Thank you for dropping by. ^__^

Beautiful reflection: hypersensitivity often takes us away from lucidity!

Thank you. Indeed....Well said!
Appreciate your kind and generous tip.

This is a very thoughtful point. Being too sensitive can really affect how we see things and make decisions. I like how you explained the need for more objectivity.
Greetings @tahirmuneer ,
Happy to hear your thoughts regarding the post.

If we are hypersensitive, then emotions and sensitivity takes over brain and decisions are not rational, better stop and wait a moment to calm

Wow!...You have beautiful flowers in your garden @bleujay friend!... Especially those fabulous Dahlias!!! 😍🌻🙏... Today you bring us an interesting and accurate reflection regarding "hypersensitivity", something that -in my personal opinion- I see very frequently in younger people... Curiously, when I began my studies in Systems Engineering (about 38 years ago), one of my Structured Networks professors, named "Joshep Alayón", told us something that has remained engraved in my mind: The creator of a complex structured network must have a "very cool head", if he is a "hypersensitive" guy he will never be good at this and will ruin many things... Those were times when working in IT was hard! 😂... And after this, our professor added something like: "This advice is useful for structured networks and for many things in life"... As always, a valuable, concise and magical post!... Have a happy and blessed week, dear friend!... Thanks for sharing and thank you for made me reminding my dear Joshep teacher !!!

These flowers are Dahlias? Really very beautiful!
And yes, it is true, in phases of hypersensitivity sometimes I also tend to make premature, rash decisions, for example blaming someone in an unjustifiably way.
