A cold and snowy day again. Lots of big winter storms blowing through so not as much walking as I wanted. Most of my steps are from shovelling snow. Quite exhausting.

Shoveling snow is one of the most body stressful jobs there is. I've known of people in good condition who drop over dead after doing it and they were not old! Shovel in moderation, even if you have to go out again later to finish.
