Rosy for my golden ozy
It was tough I tell you, I thought of all the silver I could buy instead but I figured I only have a 1 gram gold coin that I paid a stupid premium on, why not get me a 1 oz gold coin, got it off the deal section on the silvergoldbull website it was an assorted maple and upon arrival I discovered the 2022 version and I don't really mind I was just after getting a better deal and would settle for any year really, an older one might have been cooler actually but it is what it is.
If you want to check out my post about the one gram baby version of this coin I shared a little while back you can check it out here
Gold being dense this 1 oz coin is a lot smaller than it's silver counterparts.
I just play with it and look at it and I'm just truly amazed with how much value it holds and I'm pretty glad I got in at a fairly good price even though it's possible we might be going lower, much of what I'm getting is for the long haul but I got lots of silver to sell if prices get crazy, I will be sure to sell and wait for a dip or if there is no dip I call it taking profits.
That's all for today's post thanks for stopping by your support is truly appreciated

Indeed
I came looking for silver and I found gold. Great post, btw, how much premium did you pay?
Around 70 bucks
WOOT, woot!
Now you're talking!!!
Yep, my first substantial piece of gold
I try to stack mostly 1 Troy oz Golds to keep down the premium per oz. However I do have some gold in 1/2 and 1/4 Troy oz sizes too. I never purchased the 1 gm size. Personally if I were to spend a 1gm Au why not 3 Troy oz Ag instead, assuming a 1/93 G/S ratio.
I agree I just got the little one for the aww factor it's not really a great investment with such a high premium, I'm sticking to the ozers
Yay! 🤗
