Team Building Activity (Team Dutch)

Good afternoon everyone. How is your Sunday so far? Today, I am gonna share with you what we had yesterday with my team in my workplace. As I've shared previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative in Amazon and we decided to have our team building activity.

Team building is important to forge connections and bonds among individuals to forge a successful team. Businesses and organizations can greatly benefit from fostering these ties through team building.

We decided to have our team building in Hadsan Beach Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. We went there after our shift yesterday. We just ordered some food packages which cost around 200 US dollars. It includes lechon and 5 side dishes with it. We chose humba, pancit, chicken curdon blue and butter shrimp as side dishes.

Some of our teammates also pledged some food like lumpia, Calamaries and our team manager bought cake as well.

After eating, we had some programs and games. Our team manager also did some awarding ceremony to honor agents with good performances in the month of January. Luckily I was given the top agent award for January.

After the programs we just have some drinks. Talk about life and went home after. It was a fun team building and diffinitely helped our team have time to know each other and bond.
