The Cape wagtail Motacilla capensis ssp. capensis

Latin nameObservation dateLocation
Motacilla capensis ssp. capensis6.12.2021St Lucia, South Africa

I have photographed many similar black and white wagtails in my home country Bohemia. They are often to be found by ponds or streams and sitting on village roofs. Here in South Africa it's a different species, but the genus is the same.

The pictures are interesting and my friends show them and I like seeing the birds in that place.
