Being a lover of history, I have read a lot about people from the past being giants or just really tall. It's amazing how buildings from the past just as this and other findings gives us an insight of what has been.

I think they're just really tall and as you see, these temples are built that way too and I can imagine the pyramids was also the same way. But for some reason, these days esp in Asia, people are generally short 😅 I mean there's a whole lot of reasons but it was intriguing to know that perhaps our ancestors weren't that short
Possibly gene alteration by cross breeding among race 😅..
