Yes, there's probably something to do !
I'm seeing my brother soon and he's even more passionate than I am about old tools, so I'll probably do an article on the ones he uses.
My older brother is a Blacksmith. his workshop is all antique machinery that was literally sold as scrap metal or just thrown out.
Ah, it must be exciting to see him in action! I've always been very attracted to metal, but finally I've made some wood :)
But that's also what I see with machines in my field, many are discarded in favor of modern machines that are not necessarily efficient, just with more electronics and therefore the risk that a light comes on and we have to call the after sales service ^^
Your brother also lives in Portugal ?
