[ESP-ENG] Recipe of Delicious Sugar-based Nougats | Receta de Deliciosos Turrones a base de Azúcar

Hello hive family, welcome once again to my blog and to a new adventure I have for you. Today I want to teach you how to make delicious coconut nougat but with sugar, this tutorial is based on a single step which will make it easy to make this delicious candy that can be exquisite for snacking every day in our home. In a past tutorial I showed you how to make nougat with sugar, the flavors and between the two nougats are very different but they are very rich so let's see the step by step.


Paso 1: los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar para realizar nuestros turrones de coco a base de azúcar son: dos cocos rayados, 100 gramos de azúcar y saborizante. Al momento de tener los cocos lo que haremos será rayarlos muy bien y colocarlos en un bol, al tener el coco rallado Procederemos a encender nuestra cocina a la cual añadiremos todo el coco qué rayamos, luego de agregar el coco Procederemos a agregar la azúcar. Es evidente que el azúcar al mezclarlo muy bien con el coco provocará que se Disuelva en forma de caramelo, eso llevará mucho rato y una continua observación a lo que estamos haciendo para ir mezclando poco a poco, luego de que toda la azúcar este disuelta ayudará a que se forme un caramelo con el coco, al cual Agregaremos el saborizante de colita, luego de que esto esté listo Procederemos a colocar la mezcla en una forma redonda que nos permitirá tener los turrones en forma agradable, entonces a nos ayudaremos con esto para obtener la forma y de esta manera hacer nuestros turrones a base azúcar.
Step 1: The ingredients we will need to make our coconut nougat with sugar are: two shredded coconuts, 100 grams of sugar and flavoring. At the moment of having the coconuts what we will do will be to grate them very well and place them in a bowl, when having the grated coconut we will proceed to turn on our stove to which we will add all the coconut what we grate, after adding the coconut we will proceed to add the sugar. It is evident that the sugar when mixing it very well with the coconut will cause it to dissolve in the form of caramel, that will take a long time and a continuous observation to what we are doing to go mixing little by little, after all the sugar is dissolved it will help to form a caramel with the coconut, to which we will add the colita flavoring, after this is ready we will proceed to place the mixture in a round shape that will allow us to have the nougat in a nice shape, then we will help us with this to get the shape and in this way make our sugar based nougat.
