Paso 1: para realizar y comenzar a preparara nuestro guiso, vamos a necesitar, dos calabresas pequeñas, un poquito de carne, una cebolla y un tomate. Procederemos a lavar el tomate y la cebolla para comenzar a picarlos en cuadritos pequeños, bien picaditos para luego echarlos en el sartén, teniendo en cuenta que el sarten debe estar caliente y con un poco de aceite.
Step 1: to make and start preparing our stew, we will need two small calabrese, a little bit of meat, an onion and a tomato. Proceed to wash the tomato and onion to start chopping them into small squares, finely chopped and then throw them in the pan, keeping in mind that the pan should be hot and with a little oil.


Paso 2: Procederemos a mezclar en el sartén el tomate con la cebolla, dejando freír ésto, luego nos vamos a picar en trozos la calabreza y la carne. Luego de picar bien lo que será la presa de nuestro platillo, procederemos a añadirlo también a la sartén junto con la cebolla y el tomate, y mezclamos bien dejando cocinar.
Step 2: Proceed to mix in the pan the tomato with the onion, letting it fry, then we will chop into pieces the pumpkin and meat. After chopping well what will be the prey of our dish, we will proceed to add it also to the pan along with the onion and tomato, and mix well and let it cook.


Paso 3: Luego de que ya mezclamos bien todo esto, vamos a agregarle lo mas importante, la sal, agregamos sal al gusto y vamos probando que tal nos queda. Dejamos cocinar bien y luego vamos a servirlo para comer este rico almuerzo, los pasos son sencillos ya que se trata de una receta sencilla y factible para ti y la puedes realizar en casa, espero que les haya gustado tanto como a mi, muchas gracias.
