Feliz día de domingo para todos y buenos días.

Hay días en los que uno se detiene a pensar,y allí empieza a pasar por nuestra memoria muchos vivencias que con los años de repente nos olvidamos,y cuando uno se acuerda,se empieza a recordar otras cosas más, tantos recuerdos por los que se pasaron buenos momentos y a veces malos momentos. Yo soy el tipo de persona que toma fotos en cualquier lugar en dónde estoy,y esa necesidad de tener fotos allí y aquí,es la mejor manera de recolectar esos momentos,y hace unos días me puse a ver las fotos que tengo guardadas y tengo fotos que ni me acordaba,ya cuando estaba viendo me acordé de los lugares y esos buenos momentos.

There are days when you stop to think, and then many experiences that we suddenly forget over the years begin to flood back to your memory. And when you remember them, you start to recall even more things, so many memories of good times and sometimes bad. I'm the kind of person who takes photos everywhere I go, and that need to have photos here and there is the best way to collect those moments. A few days ago, I started looking through the photos I have saved, and I found some I didn't even remember taking. As I was looking at them, I remembered the places and those good times.

En la recolección de fotos no pueden faltar las todos de mi progreso en los entrenamientos en el gimnasio,todos los días desde lunes a viernes me colocó frente a un gran espejo que el entrenador colocó y allí vengo y una foto,todos los días una foto,y hace unos días ví las fotos desde cuándo comencé por primera vez en el gimnasio y me quedé impresionada por los resultados,y no fue fácil porque había días en que no tenía nada de motivación,y faltaba al gimnasio por días pero yo no quería dejarlo así porque iba a llegar el momento en que no iba a ir mas,y entonces hago un esfuerzo cuando me siento así.

In my collection of photos, I couldn't leave out all the pictures of my progress in my gym workouts. Every day from Monday to Friday, I stand in front of a large mirror that the trainer put there, and I come and take a picture, every single day. A few days ago, I looked at the photos from when I first started at the gym, and I was impressed by the results. It wasn't easy because there were days when I had no motivation at all, and I missed the gym for days, but I didn't want to leave it like that because there was going to come a time when I wasn't going to go anymore, so I make an effort when I feel like that.

Imagínense tengo fotos desde el año 2010 y creo que algunas son de antes de eso,y esas fotos las tengo desde ese tiempo guardadas en mi teléfono,y en el teléfono corren el riesgo de perderse,pero allí las tengo desde hace años,y la gran cantidad de fotos me impresiona,tengo fotos de cada cumpleaños de mis hijos,de cada navidad,viajes a la playa,fotos de paseos,fiestas y más fotos que si me pongo a contarles hoy no acabo, unas de las fotos que más me gusta es una que a veces cuando la veo pienso en lo muy lejos que he llegado y aqui estoy y me siento feliz por eso.

Imagine, I have photos dating back to 2010, and I think some are even earlier. I've had these photos saved on my phone ever since, and they're at risk of being lost on a phone, but I've had them there for years. The sheer number of photos impresses me. I have photos of every one of my children's birthdays, every Christmas, trips to the beach, photos of walks, parties, and so many more that if I started listing them all today, I'd never finish. One of my favorite photos is one that sometimes, when I see it, makes me think about how far I've come, and here I am, and I feel happy about that.

Las fotos junto a mi mamá no pueden faltar, porque debo estar agradecida de tenerla todavía,esas fotos si porque si me todo una con ella porque es mi tesoro más preciado.

The photos with my mom are a must, because I should be grateful to still have her; those photos are essential, they make me feel so connected to her because she is my most precious treasure.

Cada foto en el momento con esa tacita de café en mi emprendimiento de costura es mi forma de empezar el día en mi trabajo y si supieran la cantidad de fotos que me he tomado en el mismo lugar y la misma taza de café,debería hacer un álbum de figuritas, y cada foto en mi patio ese patio a pasado por cambios al igual que yo pero allí sigue fuerte a pesar de las fuertes lluvias y sequía.

Every photo taken in the moment with that little cup of coffee at my sewing business is my way of starting the day at work, and if you knew the number of photos I've taken in the same place and with the same cup of coffee, I should make a sticker album, and every photo in my patio, that patio has gone through changes just like me but it's still there strong despite the heavy rains and drought.

En este día de las madres pasado me tomé muchas fotos,y ese día estuvo muy bonito,mis hijos me sorprendieron ese día con sus regalos y también prepararon ricas comidas,y que más puedo pedir si ya siento que lo tengo todo y así no se le puede pedir nada más a la vida, siempre y cuando tengamos salud como digo yo.

Last Mother's Day I took a lot of pictures, and it was a very beautiful day. My children surprised me with their gifts and also prepared delicious meals. What more could I ask for? I already feel like I have everything, and you can't ask for anything more from life, as long as we have our health, as I always say.
