Hello there, Hivers!

Some weeks are full of beautiful surprises. In my case, this week has been one of beautiful sunrises. We start off with the photos of last Friday's daybreak. They were in this yellow light. Maybe it was because I caught them a bit late, but I remember not seeing the usual red hues coming from the horizon. Some days, the sun does not bleed on the sky.

However, come this week, all sunrises have been beautiful. I love the tones in the sky. I don't take that many photos of the minutes before because the different hues above won't show on camera. There's a lot to understand about what's happening. Around these amazing scenes, the waxing crescent moon looks upon us. It's like a postal taken from a sad movie that begins at dawn.

This change on moods to talk about the sunrises and photos comes by virtue of starting calisthenics once again. I reckon it's only mobility and 2 strength exercises, but that's better than last week when I was still on walking and mobility. Hopefully, more beautiful sunrises will come to give me the energy to keep the steady progression.

¡Buen día, Hivers!

Algunas semanas son marcadas por sorpresas hermosas. Este es el caso de que esta ha estado repleta de amaneceres hermosos. Comenzamos con las del viernes pasado. Muy amarillas y resplandecientes. Quizá las tomé tarde. Aunque no recuerdo nada particularmente rojo sobre el horizonte antes de que saliera el sol. Algunos días, no hay esos tonos disruptivos en el firmamento.

Sin embargo, al llegar esta semana, los amaneceres han mostrado su belleza. Amo estos tonos en el cielo. No he tomado muchas fotos de los minutos antes de que salga el sol porque no se van a mostrar los detalles en la cámara. Hay mucho pasando en ese momento. Entre estas escenas, la luna menguante esta presente. Parece una postal sacada de una película triste que comienza al amanecer.

El cambio en las escenas del día y las fotos viene ligado también a retomar la calistenia. Sí, por ahora son solo ejercicios de mobilidad y dos de fuerza, pero estamos haciendo más que hace una semana. Ya no es solo movilidad. Con disciplina, seguro que vendrán más amaneceres bellos junto con un avance en las progresiones.
