The Sunset at the Rooftop

Hello there, Hivers!

Some places can brag about having some natural features that make them beautiful. My hometown, Cumaná, has some really nice sunrises and sunsets. I usually do more photographs of the former. However, from time to time, I have the chance to take shots of the latter.

One day, after having some coffee, @octocel told me about the view on top of the mall. We went there to see the spectacle of the sunset. Unfortunately, you cannot get close to the border to take the photos. A lady jumped the building during the pandemic and now the watchmen have orders to not let people get close to the edge of the rooftop.

Regardless, having the chance to witness the sunset is an amazing thing. Many people go there and do the same. The best view might come from inside the gym since it is the tallest part of the mall. Nonetheless, there's a beauty in having the line to cut the horizon just at the point here the sun starts to fade away.

Besides, what could be better than having the chance to watch it with someone you like a lot. In her case, she was trying to record a timelapse video of the sunset. She did not that time. But she was able on a latter trip to the roof.

This is an amazing view of the spectacle of the sun in that afternoon, but it pales in comparison watching it in the beach. Those are trule the best sunsets.
