Photographing Squares

Hello there, Hivers!

During my December trip to Caracas, I had the chance to step near different Squares of the city. First, it was the well-known Altamira Square or I think the actual name of the place is France Square. It is the usual place where events are held. That time we were on a concert. It was nice to see the place illuminated and full of people. The best part was that the next day the square was clean like nothing had happened the previous day.

Before the concert, I took a stroll with @madefrance to the National Pantheon. To my surprise the place surrounding this monument are clean. I remember the first time I went there as a child. The street were full of homeless people and the colonial houses were ugly. Everything has changed since then. There are people using the common places in front of the Pantheon and that's a nice thing. The only thing that makes no sense is the Mausoleum they built for Bolivar just behind the Pantheon. They could have chosen a better design.

The last square is one located in Los Palos Grandes. This got my attention for the amazing Christmas decorations displayed in harmony. The almost all with white lights, but some of them actually changed colors every now and then. This harmony in the lights and ornaments is something people from the town hall in my hometown could learn. It is nicer to see a better arranged display of Christmas-related things than having tons of weird things for display.

There were other lots of nice places and other squares I didn't photograph but kept for myself. It is a show of balance to get one's head out of the content creator mood and just enjoy the things one does and sees.
