Monomad Challenge| Family Fun

Hello there, black-and-white photography lovers!

How goes that saying about having the best day but not the best photographies? I think it was something about having too much fun to remember to take some shots at the actual fun.

Anyways. I got some extra invitations from @octocel to her grandpa's place. This time I also brought some booze and I sat to play Scrabble with her cousins, @adncabrera and @marlyncabrera. The latter was sewing some curtains and she managed to win the first round. Talk about the power of multitasking. It is not fair to play against people whose majors are in language in one way or another. It was a lot of fun.

In the midst of playtime, I took the time to peek at @octocel's sketchbook. She was making the draft of some characters for a planner. She has made these previously, but this one is all about world domination. A fitting task for someone who likes to get herself buried in work. Seems to be a common theme ontthe family. I didn't win any round of scrabble but did my best to be third on almost every one. That just means I gotta step up my game.

It is an interesting thing to have a big family and spend quality time doing activities like this. On my family we were more of of storytelling. Not so much thing about playing board and card games. Except UNO. That's something we played a lot of used as an excuse to talk like truckers. I certainly miss those days.
