Monomad Challenge | A Toast for New Habits






The achievement of last week was going to the gym 5 days. This included Saturday. And what better way to top off that week of getting used to the whole deal of weightlifting than going to the beach and relax.
There was a gathering of people talking about many things, but I was interesting in the beach. Getting some sun and just relaxing while we had the chance of getting some nice snacks and also a few drinks. But only a few since alcohol is not good overall and it is worse if you are trying to build muscle.
San Luis's Beach was not idle on that day. It is amazing the number of people that were to the sides of the beach house. Many people trying to stretch their vacation since we are officially back at it. Yes, classes are back on and a lot of other things. Well, vacations were good while they lasted.
The better part of the week was spend in sleeping and recovering from the work out sessions. Now we have to balance it with classes. It will be an interesting development.
Anyways, the beach was hot and cool at the same time. The food we had made the whole deal cozy and that was the best part of it. We even got to boast to the start of the gym life. Hopefully, the money will last to keep going more months. Or at least that is what we expect.
