Going back to the gym!



So I took the chance at a promotion on Hyper Gym to start trying harder. I have been keeping on doing some basic calisthenics at home. However, there are few things I cannot do here like training my arms and back properly. Thus listening to the offer was quite a good idea. I do not know if I will be able to keep going the next month, but I will do my finance report when the payment of the courses comes along.
The experience of this first day was cool. I was lucky to find one of the Monitors at the gym and follow him in his back and biceps routine. He was also really kind and shared a lot of his knowledge about how to use the machines and do the exercises properly. It was a case of watching what others do and copying. Of course, I did go on my rhythm. No ego lifting and no trying too hard. The idea is going 5 days a week since I have until next month to decide if I wanna stay.
The place is clean and people are all about getting their workouts done. There is no waste of time or energy in the whole deal. So you get in and power through the workout. It was great. The bonus of this is that I got into it because my girlfriend wanted to get back in the gym. That is the other reason I decided to attend. It also helps that now I can train groups of muscles in a better way that I can do at home. Calisthenics is great, but it tends to get harder to do and also requires some safety and some kind of equipment as well.
I did not take many photos because I was busy working out. That is the best part of it!
