Another Day at the Beach

A few months ago, we decided to get back to the beach for another picnic and spending the day in a natural space. This time the preparation was more clinical. We got together ar my place and went straight to the supermarkets nearby. We bought all the supplies we needed from food to snacks and something to drink.
In the early hours of the morning, I got up early to prepare some sandwiches. The night vefore I had been gathering ice for the trip and to carry for the whole day. That and a bottle of water to keep us safe at such a hot place.
This time getting to the beach wasn't a problem. We knew exactly where to go and where to get off the transportation.
The beach was mostly empty by the time we arrived, but people kept coming as the hours passed. It is a common thing around here to go to the beach in late hours. By that, I mean to go to the beach at noon. That is by all means the worst hours to go.
It was a great day. We spent most of our time talking, hitting on each other, eating and just relaxing from the whole adult life scam.
I think it is time to go back to the beach again.

Sounds like such a lovely and well-planned escape! 🌊 I love how you took care of every little detail, from the sandwiches to the ice and water — that really makes a difference on a hot day. And I totally get that need to unplug from the whole “adulting” routine. Days like that at the beach feel like therapy. I hope your next beach trip is just as perfect (or even better)! 😄☀️
Getting out of adulting is the best way to spend quality time with your significant other. Adulting sucks 🤣
