Finding Peace in the Little Things: A Few Raw Clicks from My Walks

Hey guys! Following up on my comeback post yesterday, I wanted to jump straight into what I love doing here, sharing my photography.

Lately, whenever life gets a bit too loud or work takes up too much space in my head, I try to step outside for a quick walk. I don't carry a heavy DSLR camera or any fancy gear with me; it’s usually just me and whatever mobile phone I have in my pocket. But honestly, you don’t need an expensive setup to appreciate nature. Sometimes, the most ordinary things look beautiful if you stop and look closely.

A Closer Look at Nature

I wanted to share a few recent pictures I took during my walk

Look at this vibrant orange-red Bougainvillea reaching for the sky. I took this shot looking upwards against the bright blue background and I love how the sunlight catches the edges of the petals. It almost looks like paper flowers, which is why people call them paper flowers in the first place! The weather was perfect that day.

Here is another angle or actually a slightly different shade of the same vine. This one looks more golden-yellow under the direct sun. I tried to focus closely on the front branch while leaving the rest of the colorful vine blurry in the background Seeing these colors against a clear sky just instantly makes a boring day feel a little brighter.

There’s something so peaceful about how nature does its thing without any rush. In a world where we are always chasing deadlines and staring at screens, looking at beautiful nature is like a quick reset button for my brain.

My Casual Photography Setup

I’ve always believed that the best camera is the one you have in your hand at that exact moment. Most of these shots are completely raw, with just a tiny bit of lighting adjustment to make the details pop, but I try to keep them as natural as possible.

I’d love to know what you guys think of these clicks! Do you also take walks to clear your head or do you have another way to unwind after a long day of work?

Let me know your favorite shot in the comments below. See you all tomorrow
