Herkese merhabaaa!!!

Umarım iyisinizidr ya da iyi olmaya çalışıyorsunuzdur. Ben iyiyim. Biraz daha iyi hissetmek için yürüyüşe çıktım. Asıl amacum rutin kan tahlillerim için doktorumun yanına gitmekti fakat sekreter izinli olduğunu söyledi. Bunuda biraz da olsun fırsata çevirebilmek için bende minik bir yürüyüş yaptım.

Doktoruma gitmek için, yürüyüş ile şekerimi yükseltmemek adına, minibüse binmek istedim. Biraz uzak bir mesafede olduğundan dolayı bunun mutlaka kısa sürede etkisini görürdüm. Zaten standart kan tahlillerim ALT, AST ve Hemoglobin üzerinden.

Soldaki güzellik her kış burada olur. Bu durakta onu kısa süreliğine de olsa kucağına alıp ısıtacak koca yürekli insanları bekler. Minibüs durağı burası sonuçta gelen kişiler en fazla 30 dakika kadar bekliyor ve her bekleyen de hayvan dostu olmuyor ne yazık ki. Ben koca yürekli değilim ama kedileri pek sevdiğimden onu hep ısıtmaya çalışırım. Bugün de durum buydu. En azından durakta geçirdiğim 15 dakikaya yakın sürede onu ısıtmaya çalıştım. Bu güneşte bile patileri buz gibiydi.

Diğer afacan ise bana bakmadı bile. Ben kucağımda diğer kediyi taşırken umrunda olmadı ve kendini temizlemeye devam etti 🐈 Aslında bu kedi turuncu olmalıymış. Onun enerjisine sahip 😂

Siz sigara içer misiniz bilmem ama hem içip hem de izmaritleri yere atıyorsanız pissiniz. Alının. Biraz üzerinize alının ki çevre temizlensin. Durakta, bekleme alanlarında, özellikle çocukların çevrede olduğu alanlarda sigara içiyorsanız pissiniz... Durağın camlarından yansıyan gökkuşağının güzelliğine hiç de yakışmayan izmaritler bulunuyor gördüğünüz gibi.

Çevredeki çadırları görmezden gelebilmek için baktığım yerde izmarit ve çöpleri görüp sinirlendikten sonra kafamı gökyüzüne çevirdim. Ağaçların yeşili ve bulutsuz gökyüzü pek bir güzel göründü.

Fotoğrafın sağ tarafında çadırları az da olsa görebilirsiniz. O yolun devamında ve başka bir alanda daha fazla çadır bulunuyordu. Her ne kadar bakmak istemesem de karşıma çıkmaları belki bir işaretti.

Evin kuralı en küçük eğer dışarıdaysa ekmek alır. Ben en küçük olmasam da dışarıda olan küçük olduğum için ekmek almak bana düştü. Bugün bir değişiklik yapıp da burnuma kokusu güzel gelen bir fırına girdim. Yine, değişiklik olsun diye de zeytin-kekikli ve sarı buğday ekmeği aldım. Belki bizimkiler beğenirler bunu.

Ekmeklere karar verme sürecinde de yeni bir esnafla kaynaştım biraz. Sevindim buna. Esnafları severim. Özellikle çiçekçi ve fırınları. Şu sadece beyaz ekmek olanları değil de binbir çeşit ekmek yapanları.

Bu sabahki minik maceram bu kadardı. Yapılamayan kan tahlilleri, ekmekler ve minik yürüyüş. Bu bana geçen haftanın ardından huzur verdi. Biraz yeşillik ve gökyüzünü daha rahat görebilmek harika hissettirdi. Umarım sizde bugün size güzel hissettirebilecek şeyler yaparsınız. Sonra görüşmek üzere. I hope you are well or are trying to be well. I'm fine. I went for a walk to feel a little better. My main goal was to go to my doctor for my routine blood tests, but the secretary said he was on leave. In order to turn this into an opportunity, I took a little walk.

To go to my doctor, I wanted to take the minibus in order not to raise my sugar with walking. Since it was a little far away, I would definitely see the effect of this in a short time. My standard blood tests are already on ALT, AST and Haemoglobin.

The beauty on the left is here every winter. At this stop, she waits for big-hearted people who will take her in their arms and warm her even for a short time. This is a minibus stop, after all, the people who come here wait for a maximum of 30 minutes and unfortunately, not everyone who waits is animal friendly. I am not a big-hearted person, but I always try to warm the cat because I love cats. This was the case today. At least I tried to warm him up during the 15 minutes I spent at the bus stop. Even in this sun, his paws were like ice.

The other rascal didn't even look at me. While I was carrying the other cat on my lap, he didn't care and continued to clean himself 🐈 Actually, this cat should have been orange. He has his energy 😂

I don't know if you smoke, but if you smoke and throw cigarette butts on the floor, you're dirty. Take it. Take some offence so that the environment can be cleaned up. If you smoke at bus stops, waiting areas, especially in areas where children are around, you are dirty... As you can see, there are cigarette butts that do not suit the beauty of the rainbow reflected in the windows of the bus stop.

After I was annoyed to see butts and rubbish where I looked to ignore the tents in the neighbourhood, I turned my head to the sky. The green of the trees and the cloudless sky looked very beautiful.

The rule of the house is that the youngest one gets bread if he/she is outside. Even though I was not the youngest, I was the one who was outside, so it fell to me to get the bread. Today, for a change, I went to a bakery that smelled good to my nose. Again, for a change, I bought olive-thyme and yellow wheat bread. Maybe my parents will like it.

In the process of deciding on the breads, I got to know a new shopkeeper. I am happy about that. I like shopkeepers. Especially florists and bakeries. The ones that make a thousand different kinds of bread, not just the white ones.

That was my little adventure this morning. Blood tests that couldn't be done, bread and a little walk. This gave me peace after last week. It felt great to see some greenery and the sky more easily.
