Greetings fellow travelers I wish you a happy day together with your loved ones, today I share a little tour of the Manzanares River in the center of the city, specifically Mariño and Bermudez streets divided by the river and the bridge Antonio Guzman Blanco (who was president of Venezuela) these streets are the center of commercial exchange in the city, because in them are located most of the commercial establishments where you can buy products of the basic basket, clothing, footwear, among others, are also located in these important avenues banking institutions and government headquarters.
Saludos amigos viajeros les deseo un feliz día en unión de sus seres queridos, hoy comparto un pequeño recorrido por el Río Manzanares en el centro de la ciudad, específicamente la calle Mariño y Bermúdez divididas por el Río y el puente Antonio Guzmán Blanco (quien fue presidente de Venezuela) estas calles constituyen el centro de intercambio comercial en la ciudad, pues en ellas se ubican la mayoría de los establecimientos comerciales donde puedes adquirir productos de la cesta básica, vestido, calzado, entre otros, también se encuentran en estas importantes avenidas las entidades bancarias y sedes gubernamentales.
The bridge is a great landmark for its strategic location that gives access to important places and landmarks of the city as the Ayacucho Park, the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Museum, Plaza Miranda, Sucre Street which stands out for its striking buildings with marked influence of the colonial style, the shopping center Hipergalerías among others; The river has been a source of inspiration for several artists who have dedicated beautiful songs to it, it also highlights its historical importance in El Falke (according to information from an old man was an attempted invasion during the government of Juan Vicente Gomez) at the height of the bridge where Mariño and Bermudez streets converge; the bridge was remodeled about five years ago and added elements such as LED lights and walls that make it more striking.
El puente constituye un gran punto de referencia por su ubicación estratégica que da acceso a importantes lugares e hitos de la ciudad como el Parque Ayacucho, El Museo Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho, Plaza Miranda, calle Sucre que destaca por sus llamativas construcciones con marcada influencia del estilo colonial, el centro comercial Hipergalerías entre otros; el Río ha sido fuente de inspiración para varios artistas que le han dedicado hermosas canciones, también destaca su importancia histórica en El Falke (de acuerdo a la información de un anciano fue un intento de invasión durante el gobierno de Juan Vicente Gómez) a la altura del puente donde convergen las calles Mariño y Bermúdez; el puente fue remodelado hace aproximadamente cinco años y se agregaron elementos como luces LED y muros que lo hacen más llamativo.
In its course the River passes through the Guaiquerí park. From this point you can see beautiful landscapes and the reflection of the trees in the water. In its surroundings there are trees and grass vegetation that are the habitat of beautiful birds, during my visit I was able to photograph one of them from a distance, it was posing on a branch.
En su curso el Río pasa por el parque Guaiquerí, desde este punto se pueden observar lindos paisajes y el reflejo de los árboles en el agua, en este tramo se han construido pequeños puentes o pasarelas de hierro y base de concreto que permiten el paso desde la avenida al parque y llaman la atención por sus bandas coloridas. En su entorno hay árboles y vegetación gramínea que son el hábitat de hermosas aves, durante mi visita pude fotografiar una de ellas a cierta distancia, estaba posando en una rama.
