Fun and relaxation in the countryside (Eng -Esp)
Hello traveler friends, I wish you a happy weekend with your loved ones, today I share with you my visit to a beautiful field located in Cocollar municipality Montes Sucre state; It is characterized by large mountains and abundant vegetation, coinciding with the corn harvest season my dear friend Carmen invited me to her small orchard and together with her family we helped pick the corn cobs and prepare delicious cachapas, she is an excellent cook so she was in charge of making the cachapas, the rest of us collaborated peeling the cobs and grinding, at lunch we enjoyed some delicious cachapas of tender corn accompanied with cheese and avocado yuuummii.
Hola amigos viajeros, les deseo un feliz fin de semana en unión de sus seres queridos, hoy comparto con ustedes mi visita a un hermoso campo ubicado en Cocollar municipio Montes estado Sucre; se caracteriza por grandes montañas y abundante vegetación, coincidiendo con la temporada de cosecha de maíz mi querida amiga Carmen me invitó a su pequeño huerto y en compañía de su familia ayudamos recoger las mazorcas de maíz y preparar deliciosas cachapas, ella es una excelente cocinera así que se encargó de hacer las cachapas, los demás colaboramos pelando las mazorcas y moliendo, en el almuerzo disfrutamos de unas deliciosas cachapas de maíz tierno acompañadas con queso y aguacate yuuummii.
It is the first time I visit this beautiful place and I liked it very much, my friend's house is very close to the mountain and you can see the vegetation and the beautiful landscapes of the environment, after lunch we went up to the mountain and when we had advanced about 5 kilometers it started to rain, we had to walk back as fast as possible, I had time to take a bath in the rain and this was the perfect occasion to do it, it was relaxing and very fun, we looked like children playing in the rain, and enjoying the smell of wet earth which is one of my favorites, it brings back beautiful memories of my childhood when I played with my sisters running in the rain.
Es la primera vez que visito este hermoso lugar y me gustó mucho, la casa de mi amiga queda muy cerca de la montaña y se puede observar de cerca la vegetación así como los lindos paisajes del entorno, luego de comer subimos a la montaña y cuando habíamos avanzado aproximadamente 5 kilómetros empezó a llover, nos tuvimos que devolver caminando lo más rápido posible, tenía tiempo si bañarme con la luvia y esta fue la ocasión perfecta para hacerlo, fue relajante y muy divertido parecíamos niños jugando bajo la lluvia, y disfrutando el olor a tierra mojada que es uno de mis favoritos, me trae lindos recuerdos de mi infancia cuando jugaba con mis hermanas corriendo bajo la lluvia.
In addition to farming my friend has some animals like cows and goats, from which she gets fresh milk and sometimes prepares cheese, also a delicious dulce de leche which is her specialty in desserts, its flavor is pleasant and the texture is very soft; during my stay in the countryside I took the opportunity to take several walks in the mountains, enjoy the morning breeze and observe the beautiful landscape and the beautiful flowers that adorn the garden; although it was a little cold in the morning hours during the walk as the sun came out we were able to move forward and finish the tour; it was a fun and relaxing trip that I hope to repeat in the near future.
Además de cultivar mi amiga tiene algunos animales como vacas y cabras, de donde obtiene leche fresca y en algunas ocasiones prepara queso, también un delicioso dulce de leche que es su especialidad en postres, su sabor es agradable y la textura muy suave; durante mi estadia en el campo aproveché la oportunidad para hacer varias caminatas en la montaña, disfrutar la brisa matutina y observar el hermoso paisaje y las bellas flores que adornan el jardín; aunque hacía un poco de frío en las horas de la mañana durante la caminata a medida que salía el sol pudimos avanzar y terminar el recorrido; fue un viaje divertido y relajante que espero repetir en un futuro cercano.
