Greetings friends who love photography, I wish you a happy day and an excellent week with your loved ones, today I share my visit to my in-laws' garden, despite being a fairly small space, they know how to take advantage of the land and grow delicious typical fruits of The Paria Peninsula (Sucre state) the garden has several items but my favorite is the jobo, it is grown in a warm climate area and adapts very well to various terrains, it only requires sunlight and a little water to thrive.

Saludos amigos amantes de fotografía, les deseo un feliz día y una excelente semana en unión de sus seres queridos, hoy comparto mi visita al jardín de mis suegros, a pesar de ser un espacio bastante pequeño saben aprovechar el terreno y cultivar deliciosos frutos típicos de la Península de paria (estado Sucre) el jardín tiene varios rubros pero mi favorito es el jobo, se cultiva en zona de clima cálido y se adapta muy bien a diversos terrenos, solo requiere luz solar y un poco de agua para prosperar.

You can simultaneously observe the fruits and flowers on its branches, which announce that a new harvest is on the way. This fruit is used to prepare a delicious sweet that accompanied by coconut creates a great mix of flavors, it is also consumed in juices, ice creams and salads to add a delicious crunchy touch, its flavor is similar to green mango, during the harvest my nieces accompanied me and we filled a medium basket of this delicious fruit with which we prepared sweets and juice, my nieces were anxiously waiting for their portion of dessert.
Una de sus característica más llamativa es que desde pequeño el árbol ya da frutos y durante todo el año se recoge jobo, se pueden observar en sus ramas simultáneamente los frutos y las flores las cuales anuncian que una nueva cosecha viene en camino, este fruto es usado para preparar un delicioso dulce que acompañado de coco crea una gran mezcla de sabores, también se consume en jugos, helados y ensaladas para agregar un delicioso toque crocante, su sabor es parecido al mango verde, durante la recolecta me acompañaron mis sobrinas y llenamos una cesta mediana de este delicioso fruto con los cuales preparamos dulce y jugo,mis sobrinas estaban ansiosas esperando su ración de postre.
