Esta es mi primera publicación en la comunidad de Pinemapple. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una de las cosas que más disfruto en familia y que atesoro en mi corazón: viajar. Me encanta conocer lugares nuevos, disfrutar de la naturaleza y vivir nuevas experiencias. Hace algunos días, mi familia y yo decidimos hacer un pequeño viaje de fin de semana. Tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar la ciudad de Cancún, Quintana Roo.

Hello Hive and Pinemapple friends!
This is my first post in the Pinemapple community. Today I want to share with you one of the things that I enjoy most as a family and that I treasure in my heart: traveling. I love seeing new places, enjoying nature and living new experiences. A few days ago, my family and I decided to take a little weekend trip. We had the opportunity to visit the city of Cancun, Quintana Roo.

Cancún se encuentra en el noroeste de la península de Yucatán y es famosa por sus playas impresionantes.
Nosotros vivimos en Mérida, Yucatán, así que viajamos por carretera durante aproximadamente cinco horas para llegar a nuestro destino. Aunque el viaje fue corto, ya que llegamos el sábado al mediodía y regresamos el domingo por la mañana, lo disfrutamos al máximo.

Cancun is located in the northwest of the Yucatan Peninsula and is famous for its stunning beaches.
We live in Mérida, Yucatán, so we traveled by road for approximately five hours to reach our destination. Although the trip was short, as we arrived on Saturday at noon and returned on Sunday morning, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Quiero recomendarles una de las playas que visitamos: Playa Delfines. También conocida como "El Mirador", esta playa cuenta con un mirador desde donde se puede apreciar el mar Caribe en todo su esplendor. Imagínense disfrutar de aguas cristalinas y un azul turquesa que te deja sin aliento. La arena es completamente blanca y muy suave. Además, si tienes suerte, en ocasiones puedes ver delfines y tortugas marinas nadando cerca de la costa. Es una experiencia mágica que no te puedes perder.

I want to recommend one of the beaches we visited: Playa Delfines. Also known as "El Mirador", this beach has a viewpoint from where you can see the Caribbean Sea in all its splendor. Imagine enjoying crystal-clear waters and a turquoise blue that leaves you breathless. The sand is completely white and very soft. Plus, if you're lucky, you can sometimes see dolphins and sea turtles swimming near the shore. It is a magical experience that you cannot miss.

Para disfrutar aún más de la belleza natural, hay palapas gratuitas donde puedes llevar tus bebidas y comida. Es ideal para pasar un rato agradable con familia y amigos. Si te gusta la aventura, te recomiendo probar el snorkel para apreciar los corales y peces de muchos colores, o el buceo, donde podrás ver los arrecifes y la vida marina en todo su esplendor. También puedes pasear en kayak y explorar los alrededores desde una perspectiva diferente.

To enjoy even more of the natural beauty, there are free palapas where you can bring your drinks and food. It is ideal to spend a pleasant time with family and friends. If you like adventure, I recommend trying snorkeling to appreciate the corals and fish of many colors, or diving, where you can see the reefs and marine life in all their splendor. You can also go kayaking and explore the surroundings from a different perspective.

Playa Delfines se encuentra en la Zona Hotelera, que es la principal zona turística de Cancún. Aquí encontrarás hoteles, tiendas, restaurantes y comercios locales donde puedes comprar recuerdos de la ciudad, entre otras cosas. Es un lugar vibrante y lleno de vida, perfecto para explorar y disfrutar.

Playa Delfines is located in the Hotel Zone, which is the main tourist area of Cancun. Here you will find hotels, shops, restaurants and local businesses where you can buy souvenirs from the city, among other things. It is a vibrant and lively place, perfect to explore and enjoy.

Aunque me hubiera encantado pasar más días disfrutando de la belleza del Caribe, me voy contenta por haber vivido esta experiencia, aunque fuera breve, al lado de las personas que amo. Si alguna vez tienen la oportunidad de visitar Cancún, no duden en hacerlo. Es un destino que vale la pena y que les dejará recuerdos inolvidables. ¡Hasta la próxima aventura!

Although I would have loved to spend more days enjoying the beauty of the Caribbean, I am happy to have lived this experience, even if it was brief, alongside the people I love. If you ever have the opportunity to visit Cancun, don't hesitate to do so. It is a worthwhile destination that will leave you with unforgettable memories. Until the next adventure!
