Does the downfall in revenue affect you personally? I always thought you were employed 😅
In the long term, it does affect everyone working... We're finally getting more orders in, vacation time is over and people are making sandwiches for their kids again.

Hey @beelshops! No, not directly as I am employed. However the doc/owner has moved further south and is in office one week out of the month. We have a fill in doc and/or possible new owner in the future, but for now, I gained tons of extra work duties on top of many that I already perform. In a nutshell, I am the clinic's administrator. My responsibilities include besides the normal optician's duties (dealing with patients, both our own and those with RX's from outside docs; insurance verifications, insurance billing and chasing of claims not paid; paying bills for the clinic; payroll, and the list goes on. ). Suffice it to say, a ton of things all done within a 3 day workweek for me. No one else knows how to do the optician duties, or the admin, although I am training a new staff member to be able to help with the technical optician end. It can be total madness. Anyway, I get questioned if the revenue is down as to why it is. So, that's the reason for my long winded explanation.
