20k! My Actifit Diary: August 11 2026
What a day. I'm still re-learning the movements for sales, but at least it's quite easy for me - sold out at 1pm. The. Just had to do another delivery and organize the shipment to the coast and one to Quito, which proved more work than expected. Not because it was a lot of work per se, but because all the little things I needed were scattered around, and I had to find them.
After that, I did some shopping for the firefighters and other helpers that are trying to control the fire up on Mt. Cotacachi.
Some people can't make it to town, so they send me money and I do the shopping. We also send our own products.
A friend send me this picture. It's really sad. The nature up there is quite unique.
You can see the smoke on the left. It's everywhere.
This is at 3am. I had to get up to check what machine is making too much noise (it's the new oven, hopefully just a calibration problem), so I checked the fire.
Going to back to bed now. Tomorrow is another long day. Which I do enjoy, I admit.
