Nothing and everything. My Actifit Diary: July 15 2026
I had to get up early today. Not for the gym or work, but to take Ellie to the doctor, an endoscopy. Routine check, nothing really turned up, which is good. A month of mild diet and a couple of meds and that's it, basically what doctors find in every stomach.

I passed the waiting time with reading and commenting some here on Hive, plus reading a few chapters of the Enchiridion and some of Sartre, which lead me to writing this post. It was about two hours between arriving, procedure, waking up, and discussing the results. I stayed in the waiting room. I could've been more productive, a lot more to be honest, as I was doing almost nothing. But at the same time, I was there for Ellie, which is kind of everything. So I'm good with just being there.

I didn't do much when back. Hit the gym. Checked on Kami who's now handling the oven and so on all by herself (the cookies turned out great!). Watched the soccer game and cooked. Ellie came by in the afternoon and we watched a movie, and then Tang Soo Do. New moves, which is great as it gets Kami more interested. She's not at the point yet where she appreciates the depth learning coming with repetitions.
So far for today. Thank you for reading, have a good night!

Good to hear procedure went well. Also nice to hear everyone is still doing Tang Soo Do. Need to get back to doing Tai Chi myself.
