Ähnliches ist wahrscheinlich auch mit Joghurt möglich, aber der Topfen macht eben die Konsistenz wie wir es von Eis gewohnt sind.

Ich hatte einen sehr mageren Topfen, daher habe ich einen Teelöffel Leinöl hinzugefügt um ihn cremiger zu machen. Ausserdem ist biologisches Leinöl ja auch sehr gesund und gut für die Verdauung. Dazu mische ich dann je mach Geschmack Marmelade, in diesem Fall Himbeermarmelade.

Zuletzt gebe ich nochmals ein wenig Marmelade dazu, aber diese rühre ich nur noch sehr kurz um, damit diese Art Marmorierung entsteht, wie wir sie vom Eis oft kennen.

And the dessert is ready. Of course, you could put it in the freezer again for a short time, but the frozen fruit makes it almost as cool as ice cream.
Arrange in a nice bowl or small plate, decorate with everything you find, in my case raspberries and a mint leaf and you can enjoy the "ice cream".
Und schon ist das Dessert fertig. Man könnte es natürlich nochmal kurz in den Gefrierschrank stellen, aber durch die gefrorenen Früchte ist es fast so kühl wie Eis. In eine nette Schüssel oder kleinen Teller anrichten, mit allem was ihr so findet dekorieren, in meinem Fall Himbeeren und ein Minzeblatt und schon könnt ihr das "Eis" geniessen.
