If you have a heartache, you see couples everywhere. The theme of the first Photo Essay Contest is PINK. All the time I had been thinking about what I can find with this color in my surroundings. And then I was very surprised where I found the color! Because a slightly pink snail I had actually never seen. But there it was. Completely unexpectedly in the middle of the meadow.
Es ist doch immer wieder faszinierend, wie präszise das Gesetz der Anziehung funktioniert. Machst du Fahrschule, siehst du überall Fahrschulautos. Hast Du Liebeskummer siehst du überall Pärchen. Das Thema des ersten Photo-Essay Contests ist ROSA. Die ganz Zeit schon hatte ich überlegt, was es denn in der Farbe in meiner Umgebung gibt. Dann war ich doch sehr überrascht, wo ich die Farbe fand! Weil eine leicht rosafarbene Schnecke hatte ich tatsächlich noch nie gesehen. Aber da war sie. Völlig unverhofft mitten in der Wiese.

Ich habe sie auf meine Hand gesetzt und sofort hat sie begonnen herumzuschlürfen.

Oh, no, quite obviously strawberry leaves are not on her menu, because she immediately turned away. On to the next plant, maybe she likes columbine?
Oh, nein, ganz offensichtlich stehen Erdbeerblätter nicht auf ihrem Speisplan, denn sie hat sich sofort abgewandt. Auf zur nächsten Pflanze, vielleicht mag sie Akelei?

Here she seemed interested, so further down tried on the leaves of columbine and look, that was to her liking.

In no time at all she had climbed onto the columbine. Maybe she was already there before and nibbled from the pink color ;-)
Schwubbs, schon war sie auf die Akelei geklettert. Vielleicht war sie ja davor schon dort und hat von der Rosa Farbe genascht ;-)
