The colors of my Town

The colors of my town. Hello @pinmaple community, today I want to share with you some of the "modern" facades of the historic center of My City.

I live in Ciudad Bolívar, Venezuela, a city characterized by its historic center built in the Colonial era. Within this town there is the socio-cultural epicenter of the city called "Paseo Heres", where the most important commerce is concentrated.

Some of these facades with their signs are super representative of the City because they have been there since the late 60s and have. managed to maintain itself over time, such as the building of the. "El Baron" supermarket, "Hotel Salto Angel" and "Almacenes Acapulco".

I have bought in these places since I arrived in this city, I always bought my daughters' uniforms in "acapulco" and "el barcon" with their various branches, it has always offered the opportunity for those who leave their chores late since they close late (around 10 at night), this is a novelty today, but not 20 years ago.

How can I forget the times that the people "from Firestone" helped me, as we colloquially call the old rubber plant and at the national level. Who is not able to recognize the "traky" sign? Venezuelans' favorite department store.

Los colores de mi pueblo. Hola comunidad @pinmaple, hoy les quiero compartir algunas de las fachadas "modernas" del casco histórico de Mi Ciudad.

Yo resido en Ciudad Bolívar, Venezuela, una ciudad caracterizada por su casco histórico construido en la época Colonial. Dentro de éste casco existe el epicentro socio cultural de la ciudad llamado "Paseo heres", allí se concentra el comercio más importante.

Algunas de estas fachadas con sus letreros son súper representativas de la Ciudad porque han estado allí desde finales de los años 60 y han. logrado mantenerse en el tiempo, como por ejemplo el edificio del. supermercado "el baraton", "hotel salto Angel" y "almacenes acapulco".

He comprado en éstos sitios desde que llegué a ésta Ciudad, siempre compraba los uniformes de mis hijas en "acapulco" y "el baraton" con sus diversas sucursales, siempre ha ofrecido la oportunidad para los que se desocupan tarde de sus quehaceres ya que cierra tarde (a eso de las 10 de la noche), esto es una novedad hoy en día, pero hace 20 años no.

Como olvidar las veces que me auxilió la gente "de la Firestone" como llamamos coloquialmente a la antigua cauchera y a nivel nacional ¿Quien no es capaz de reconocer el cartel de "traky"? la tienda por departamentos favorita del Venezolano.
