Rico's cuties.

Pleasant greetings everyone!

This is my first time posting here and I'm glad I get to be a part of the fun being shared here.

The pets I want to talk about don't belong to me, they are my neighbour's pets but somehow they've grown on me and I have found myself going to greet them before heading to my apartment.

My neighbour has two dogs, a male named spark and a female named Rico. Late last year, some romance began to bloom between both dogs and finally, some good news was shared to us. Yes you guessed it, Rico was put in the family way. Luckily it won't be up to nine months 😜.

I love dogs the most because of how domesticated they can be and also for the fact that they can be truly helpful to humans.

Owning a pet for now is not something that I consider because of the nature of my job and busy schedule. I understand that one rule of owning a pet is that the owner has to pay proper attention to the pet especially in it's feeding, health and potty training.....all these I would not be able to do for now.

The breed of dogs that I really like are the small white fluffy and hairy parlour dogs. I think they are called American Eskimo dogs. I like this breed because they don't grow past a certain height, they remain cute and sweetly small for a long period.

Back to my story

Early this year, in January, I came home to discover that my dear Rico had delivered triplets. I was happy and asked my neighbour (the owner), to share some refreshments to all our other neighbours, as this was considered good luck.

After three weeks, the puppies could now move around the house on their own and this fascinated me a lot. Whenever I am home early and having my leisure outside, receiving natural air, these puppies would come to nibble on my legs and sandals.

They are just so adorable that I couldn't shoo them away. Sometimes I buy them snacks while also allowing them to feed off my palms. I think they like me more than their owner, hehe.

I can't seem to get enough of them. Just look at those cute eyes. For the record their names are kayza, Kayla and Keira, Rico's cuties.
