Happy new year to all hivers and Wednesday walkers.

Today was a great day for me as I had a great time enjoying myself with loads of goodies. Not just that, I also followed my template plan for today to about 90% and I'm really glad about that. Everything I mapped out to do today was ticked off my list and one of my "to do"'s was visiting a family friend I had not seen in about 365 days prior.

I needed to see them despite the fact that we communicate often via phone calls and chats on various social media handles, I still needed to see them physically. Visiting meant time for walking a bit and taking some snap shots of anything that catches my eye and trust me, a lot of spots caught my eyes.

Now while I might nit be a good Photographer like @luchyl or @fashtioluwa, I think I tried in the way I captured my pictures. You can tell that I was walking and snapping at the camera simultaneously 😁. The family I went to visit reside in Festac town of Lagos state.

The changes I saw in just a year were amazing and I could not help but admire the streets and new changes that had been added to make that area look like a mini eco-center. Let's getto seeing th pictures below... shall we.

Walking further, I saw some eateries and restaurants and took more shots.

After a little bit of walking, my stomach began to growl like a wolf on a hunt. So I had no choice but to go into one of the restaurants and get some snacks.

And that's a wrap of all the walk and picture taking as I boarded a taxi and continued on my way. I can't understand why I end my walks with food 😁. If anyone has a cure to it , please let ne know in the comments section.
