Wie ich schon in meinem ersten Teil des Samstags von der @buzzparty erzählt habe, kamen wir nach der Elbphilharmonie und der Fahrt mit der Fähre wieder an der Landesbrücke und dem Bäcker, wo wir gefrühstückt haben an. Von dort aus ging es dann zum nächsten Veranstaltungsort wo, die Präsentationen und der Lunch stand fanden.
Doch leider konnten @werkseber und ich nicht mit der Gruppe gehen, da wir mein Auto in der Nähe auf einem Parkplatz abgestellt hatten und das Parkticket ablief. Also mussten wir erstmal zum Auto zurück, um das Ticket zu verlängern. Doch da die neue Lokation doch etwas weiter weg war, haben wir uns gedacht, dass wir gleich mit dem Auto herüberfahren. Die Präsentation fanden, im Schanzenviertel stand dort ein Parkplatz zu bekommen ist auch nicht grade einfach, doch wir hatten Glück und bekamen sogar einen, wo wir keine Gebühren hatten. Werkseber hatte sogar eine Anwohnerin gefragt, ob wir dort kostenfrei parken dürften und die Damen meinte, das wäre kein Problem. Also haben wir das Auto abgestellt und wollten zum Veranstaltungsort gehen, laut Navi sollte es nicht weit weg sein. Doch zuerst musste schnell zu einer Tankstelle laufen, weil ich sehr dringend auf die Toilette musste, um mich zu erleichtern. Frank hat in der zwischen Zeit am Auto gewartet und als es mir wieder besser ging, sind wir gemeinsam zur Lokation gegangen.

Aber auch das stellte sich als schwieriger heraus als erwartet, obwohl wir die Straße sehr schnell gefunden haben, aber das Gebäude entdeckten wir einfach nicht. Nachdem wir 2-3 mal die Straße rauf und runter gelaufen sind, hatte ich keine Lust mehr zu suchen und rief @quekery an. Der uns dann ran loste und was soll ich sagen, ich stand 2-mal direkt davor, aber es war ziemlich verwinkelt und im 2. Stock, sodass ich nicht erahnen konnte, dass es sich um dieses Gebäude handelte. Da unten ja alles geschlossen war. @quekery hat uns dann durch einen Seiteneingang hereingelassen und dann waren wir 2 endlich da.
@werkseber und ich haben uns dann zu ein paar anderen gesetzt, die schon gebruncht haben, also haben wir uns auch was Leckeres geholt. Ich habe nur ein kleines Brot mit Zaziki gegessen, weil ich wusste, dass wir am Abend essen würden und ich sowieso nicht so viel esse.

Als alle satt waren, begann @tibfox mit der Präsentation. Zuerst sprach er über die Vorbereitungen und den Ablauf der Veranstaltung. Er ging auf die einzelnen Projekte ein, die vorgestellt werden. Stellte uns auch die Gewinnspiele vor, die für die @buzzparty gesponsert wurden und erklärte, was man dafür tun müsste. Er sprach auch darüber, wie die Veranstaltung zustande kam und wer alles die @buzzparty unterstützt. Dass es einige Merchandise geben wird, die während der Präsentation aufgestellt wurden. Mein großes Problem war, dass die Vorträge natürlich auf Englisch waren und ich @quekery nicht jeden Satz übersetzen lassen konnte, weil er auch zuhören und reden wollte. Ich selbst verstehe nur Bruchstücke von Englisch. Deshalb versuche ich, alles so gut wie möglich zu vermitteln.

Nachdem Tibfox seine Punkte durchgegangen war, begannen die anderen Hivians ihre Projekte vorzustellen, angefangen mit den Jungs von @coldbeetrootsoup in Persona von @artakush und @minigunner. Ich habe nur die 2 Jungs dort kennengelernt, ich kannte sie selbst bis dahin nicht, aber ich wusste aus Erzählungen, was sie machen. Aber durch die Präsentationen und wie sie es rübergebracht haben und dank @quekery konnte ich viel lernen. Durch ihr Projekt unterstützen sie eine Schule in Venezuela, sie helfen der Schule, Internet einzurichten und spenden PCs, damit die Kinder dort die Möglichkeit haben, besser zu lernen. Sie bringen Hive zu den Menschen dort und zeigen ihnen, wie sie durch eigene Initiativen auch etwas erreichen können. Das ist ein vorbildliches Projekt und es verdient die größte Anerkennung für das, was die Jungs machen, und ich hoffe, dass sie viel Unterstützung bekommen und noch viel erreichen können.

Nach der großartigen Präsentation ging es direkt mit der nächsten weiter, bei der @alessandrawhite ihr Projekt vorstellte. Leider habe ich den Anfang nicht mitbekommen, weil ich zu lange geraucht habe und ich dachte, dass sie warten würden, bis alle anderen zurück sind, aber der Zeitplan ließ das nicht zu. Deshalb kam ich zu spät zu Alexandras Präsentation, aber ich habe dann doch noch einiges mitbekommen. Ich fand es wirklich toll, als sie einige kreative Hivianer mit ihren Designs auf Sneaker zeigten, von denen ich einige in Bildern festhalten konnte.

Da es zu viel geworden wäre, wenn ich alles in einem Post packe, habe ich mich dazu Entschlossen den Post auszuteilen. Die weiteren Präsentationen gibt dann morgen in einem neuen Beitrag. Bleibt also gespannt, wie es weiter ging!

Englische Version

Hello dear community

As I already told you in my first part of Saturday's @buzzparty, after the Elbphilharmonie and the ferry ride we arrived back at the Landesbrücke and the bakery where we had breakfast. From there we went to the next venue where the presentations and lunch took place.
Unfortunately, @werkseber and I couldn't go with the group because we had parked my car in a parking lot nearby and the parking ticket expired. So we had to go back to the car to renew the ticket. But as the new location was a bit further away, we decided to drive over there straight away. The presentation found that it wasn't exactly easy to get a parking space in the Schanzenviertel district, but we were lucky and even got one where we didn't have to pay. Werkseber had even asked a local resident if we could park there for free and the lady said that wouldn't be a problem. So we parked the car and wanted to go to the venue, according to the satnav it shouldn't be far away. But first we had to run to a petrol station because I had to go to the toilet very urgently to relieve myself. Frank waited at the car in the meantime and when I felt better again, we went to the venue together.

But even that turned out to be more difficult than expected, although we found the street very quickly, but we just couldn't spot the building. After walking up and down the street 2-3 times, I didn't feel like looking anymore and called @quekery. He then called us and what can I say, I stood right in front of it twice, but it was quite angled and on the 2nd floor, so I couldn't guess that it was this building. Everything downstairs was closed. @quekery then let us in through a side entrance and then the two of us were finally there.
@werkseber and I sat down with a few others who were already having brunch, so we grabbed something tasty too. I only ate a small sandwich with tzatziki because I knew we'd be eating in the evening and I don't eat that much anyway.

When everyone was full, @tibfox started the presentation. First he talked about the preparations and the course of the event. He went into detail about the individual projects that will be presented. Also introduced us to the raffles that were sponsored for @buzzparty and explained what you would need to do to enter. He also talked about how the event came about and who all is supporting the @buzzparty. That there will be some merchandise that was set up during the presentation. My big problem was that the presentations were of course in English and I couldn't have @quekery translate every sentence because he wanted to listen and talk too. I only understand bits and pieces of English myself. That's why I try to convey everything as well as possible.

After Tibfox went through his points, the other Hivians started to introduce their projects, starting with the guys from @coldbeetrootsoup in persona of @artakush and @minigunner. I only met the 2 guys there, I didn't know them myself until then, but I knew from stories what they do. But through the presentations and how they got it across and thanks to @quekery I was able to learn a lot. Through their project they support a school in Venezuela, they help the school to set up internet and donate PCs so that the children there have the opportunity to learn better. They bring Hive to the people there and show them how they can achieve something through their own initiatives. This is an exemplary project and it deserves the greatest recognition for what the guys are doing, and I hope they get a lot of support and can achieve a lot more.

After the great presentation, it was straight on to the next one where @alessandrawhite presented her project. Unfortunately I didn't catch the beginning because I was smoking too long and I thought they would wait until everyone else was back, but the schedule didn't allow for that. So I was late for Alexandra's presentation, but I did catch a few things. I really loved it when they showed some creative Hivians with their designs on sneakers, some of which I was able to capture in pictures.

As it would have been too much to pack everything into one post, I have decided to share it out. The other presentations will be in a new post tomorrow. So stay tuned to see what happens next!
