Vorletztes Wochenende war ich an einem schönen Samstag auf der Ergebnismesse in Wächtersbach. Wovon ich erfahren habe, weil ein guter Goldwachkollege seinen Besuch bei Facebook gepostet hat. Auf seine Bilder war nicht viel zu erkennen aus der Jörg von YUKON Exploration Green Gold Inc. - YEGGI der dort auch einen Stand hatte und über seine Erfahrungen beim Goldwaschen am Yukon berichtet. Ich kannte ihn aus der Dmax Serie Goldrausch in Alaska und ich fand, es war eine super Gelegenheit, ihn mal persönlich kennenzulernen und mit ihm über Gold zu philosophieren. Außerdem konnte man an seinem Stand auch Goldwaschen und mit Glück ein Nugget aus dem Yukon aus dem Material auswaschen, da er regelmäßig dem Sand Nugget und kleinere Goldstücke untermischen ließ.
The weekend before last I was on a
beautiful Saturday at the results fair in Wächtersbach.
Which I learned about because a good gold watch colleague posted his visit on Facebook.
On his pictures was not much to recognize from the
Jörg of YUKON Exploration Green Gold Inc - YEGGI who also had a booth there and reported on his experiences panning for gold at the Yukon.
I knew him from the Dmax series Gold Rush in Alaska and I thought it was a great opportunity to meet him personally and to philosophize with him about gold.
In addition, you could also wash gold at his booth and with luck a nugget from the Yukon out of the material, because he regularly let the sand nugget and smaller pieces of gold mixed in
Deswegen habe ich mich an dem Samstag recht früh die ca. 250 km bis nach Wächtersbach aufgemacht und war schon echt gespannt wie es wird. Mich hat hauptsächlich nur der Stand von Jörg interessiert. Deswegen musste ich mir auch nur einen kleinen Bereich vom Gelände anschauen, wo er war. Gegen Mittag bin ich in Wächtersbach angekommen und es war schon viel los bei strahlendem Sonnenschein. Da ich ja gegen Mittag ankam, waren auch noch alle Geschäfte auf, sodass parken ein kleines Problem dargestellt hat. Nach einigem suchen habe ich dann doch einen Parkplatz gefunden und konnte mich in Richtung Messegelände aufmachen.

to Wächtersbach quite early on Saturday and was really curious how it would be.
I was mainly interested in the stand of Jörg.
Therefore I had to look at
only a small area of the area where he was.
Around noon I arrived in Wächtersbach
and it was already very busy with bright sunshine.
Since I arrived around noon,
all the stores were still open, so parking was a bit of a problem. After some searching,
I found a parking space and was able
to head towards the
exhibition center.

Schnell ein Ticket für 7 Euro an der Kasse gekauft und mir ein Messeplan geben lassen und bin dann auch Schnurstracks auf das Gelände vom Goldcamp gegangen.
Zu meiner großen Freunde stand da auch ein alt bekanntes Gesicht, mit dem ich schon so zusammen geschürft habe und auch noch öfters werde. Es war Stefan aus der Schweiz bei Disentis, bei dem ich selbst schon ein paar Tage auf dem Campingplatz verbracht habe, wo er seine Goldwaschkurse gibt seit guten 20 Jahren. Wir haben damals viel gelacht und auch sehr schöne Abende am Lagerfeuer verbracht und leider haben wir es bis jetzt nicht mehr geschafft zusammen loszuziehen. Was wir uns jetzt aber wieder vorgenommen haben.
Wir 2 haben sehr lange und ausgiebig gequatscht bis Jörg dazu kam und fragte, ob wir uns kennen und Stefan erzählte ihm unsere Geschichte. Daher kam ich auch schnell mit Jörg ins Gespräch.

Therefore I came also fast with Jörg into the conversation.
Von ihm habe ich dann auch einige Informationen zur Goldsuche am Yukon bekommen. Er hat mir auch das Gold vorab gezeigt, was er wenig später unter den Sand mischen gelassen hat.
Da jeder für 10 Euro sich aus dem Sandhaufen eine Pfanne voll machen durfte und sie, wenn nötig unter Anleitung selbst auswaschen durfte. Ich habe mir es anfangs erstmal alles angeschaut und habe dann auch 2 Pfannen gewaschen, wo jedoch nur Kleinzeug bei war. Was auch sehr schön ist, da es ja vom Yukon kommt.

Insgesamt habe ich dann noch 2 zusätzliche Pfannen über einige Stunden verteilt gewaschen und was soll ich euch sagen. Ich hab an dem Tag doch noch eins von den 3 Nugget ausgewaschen, die noch im Sandhaufen versteckt waren.
Damit hatte ich mein Ziel erreicht für den Tag. Ich konnte einige Stunden mit 2 Erfahren Goldwäschern reden und waschen. Konnte sogar mein wissen an 2 Leute weiter geben, die es dort zu erstmal gemacht haben und so ist die Zeit auch sehr schnell verflogen und ich musste langsam zurück nach Hause, weil auch das Messe Gelände langsam ihr Tore schloss.

I have washed out on the day but s
till one of the 3 nuggets that were still hidden in the sand pile.
With that I had reached my goal for the day.
I was able to talk and wash for a few hours with 2 experienced gold panners.
Could even pass on my knowledge to 2 people who have made it there to first time and so the time has also flown very quickly and I had to slowly go back home, because also the fairground slowly closed their gates.
Nachdem ich sehr gut durch kam und dann gegen 21 Uhr zu Hause war, konnte ich mich nochmal über mein neues Nugget in meiner Goldsammlung freuen. Es war ein sehr schöner Tag, der für mich ausgesprochen erfolgreich verlief.

Ja war mega dort nicht nur das Goldnugget, sondern der ganze Tag. War mal cool, die andere Seite zu hören. Ich hatte ja auch viel Glück, dass ich mit der letzten Pfanne, die ich gewaschen hab, das schöne Ding gefunden hab. Ein Spatenstich weiter rechts oder links und es wäre nicht dabei gewesen.
So hab ich mein Eintritt und die Pfannen wieder raus gehabt. Und ein tolles andenken obendrauf.
