My lifestyle: Manage finance by buying in bulk
One thing I have learned about life is the importance of managing finances, money has winds and might fly away when you never expected it, so its very important to learn how to manage money even when you have soo much of it.
Before I continue, I am @beauty197. Welcome to my blog, today I will be telling you guys one way in which I manage my finance even when I have so much money.
While growing up my mother taught us the importance of saving money and she as well taught us tips and what can help us to save money.
Food is one of the most important things that humans need to survive but at the same time one must learn how to save and also eat good and healthy food.
So as I grew up and moved to a city where things were very expensive, especially foodstuffs and I needed food to survive so I sat down and thought about how to get good food items and also save some money.
While discussing this with my mother she told me to search for a bigger market where retailers go to buy in bulk then I should save money and buy in bulk as if am going to resell it.
That was how I got in search and got to know about Oyingbo modern market
This is a very big market where the resellers in the street market come to buy in bulk, there you will see different types of fish, vegetables of all types, household appliances and equipment, and many more, there you will get to see different people from different tribes of Nigeria even people who are not Nigerians selling their goods.
My major focus is to buy foodstuff in bulk to help me save some money, I also buy other things like laundry soap and antiseptic in bulk as well as every other thing I need for the house.
This market starts by 5:am, so I left my house by 6:30am so as to get the best of fish, prawn and crayfish because there are lots of buyers who are there to buy and resell.
Yes its a little bit stressful but when I remember what it's have been saving for me I don't really bother about the stress am going through anytime I visit that market.
Take a look at the market
I bought 500g of dry prawns, 500g of dried crayfish, 5 kilos of dry bonga fish, 2 killo of dry crocker fish, dry pepper and some vegetables.
This cost me 45 hbd and it was just the best I could do for myself, when I got home I also have some work to do because one thing is buying in bulk another thing is managing it in a way it would last longer and allow me to save some money, I portioned them the way I will be using them, and this helps me to determine when I will need to stock up again.
thats my freezer stocked up with food.
Am always happy when I have foodstuffs at home, because I love food.
This way of living has been helping me to save money for the past three years I got to know about this market and started buying things in bulk, I always have good and quality foodstuffs at home.
You can try this way of finance management and also eat good food and save more.
Thanks for stopping by.
