At Summer's End

As one with nature

A couple of years ago I went to a local park with a friend and Lydia, a model I had worked with a few times. Some of the images I posted on here a while ago (you can see them here ). The park surrounds a large lake full of wildlife, and is very popular place for bird and nature photographers, as well as pre wedding shoots.

A wry smile

Our shoot was towards the end of summer, the leaves were turning and starting to fall, Lydia's hair just complimented the vibrant colours. We walked and we shot and we walked and shot and chatted. At that point Lydia was coming towards the end of her degree, hoping to go into teaching.

In thought

She is witty and eloquent and engaging. But she also models quite beautifully. She models in a natural fashion, nothing really forced. And she smiles. In this game, a smile is a rare commodity, so its nice to see.

Green and red

Hopefully I will be shooting with Lydia again in the next couple of months so there may be more images to come. Sadly she has moved away from Lincolnshire, now she has completed her degree and has moved back "down south". But hopefully we can sort something.
