Tuesday Orange - Color challenge - Futile attempts

Once, I bought myself an apartment and moved all my things into it.

It was already late when I unloaded the truckload of furniture.

I decided to wash my hands, which were pretty dirty with dust, and opened the faucet ... water poured ... there was a pop and the mixer came off the water pipe.

It was the hour of the night.

A jet of water hit from wall to wall of the bathroom, I tried in vain to stop the flow of water with my palm.

The valve on the pipe, oddly enough, was covered with rust and did not shut off the water.

I had to hold back the water and yell at the whole house for the neighbors to come running lol.

An hour later, the emergency service arrived and turned off the water in the house, so that, in the morning, it would be possible to replace the faucet in the bathroom.

This story ends up being a success but sometimes all attempts to succeed become useless.

In this photo you can see my futile attempt to get a clear picture of the orange building I saw through the glass of the bus window.

My attempts to melt the ice with the warmth of my palms were unsuccessful as soon as the ice thawed he instantly froze again.

These were futile attempts to achieve a positive result.
