So today in our molecular kitchen I will try to cook a dish called "It's good where we are not."

Do you know this proverb?

It refers to people who are always dissatisfied with the environment and are looking for a place where they will feel good and comfortable but as soon as they find themselves there everything starts from the beginning problems roll in like a snowball, everything annoys you neighbors, transport wages medicine and service in the store.

But who knows maybe somewhere there really is a place where all these problems are not born by our idea of idyll.

Perhaps it looks like a quiet pond on which a snow-white swan swims?

Of the ingredients for this molecular dish I needed a swan floating on a pond and sea buckthorn branches against a blue sky.
