Very little time has passed since everything around was shrouded in fog and it stayed in the air all day and I dreamed of bright sunlight.

But now the sun has come and brought the heat in its wake which dragged along its familiar nostalgia for a foggy cool morning.

I don’t think that anyone likes it when an invited guest brings a crowd of his friends with him but this is the case when it’s nice to dream that autumn will come in a month and a half and give us a little freshness.

I hope that autumn will not bring with it as they say, Indian summer which will put aside the fulfillment of my dream.

There are pitfalls in any desire and it is rather difficult to formulate it in such a way that it would come true in an ideal form for us.

In such reasoning another dish of my molecular cuisine was born called "Nostalgia for a foggy morning on a hot day."
