On the flower lawn - Part 29 from 01/05/2023 + flower photo contest.
Walking through a flowering meadow, you can see many different flowers and they are all beautiful but in this mass of beauty there are those flowers that can be called special.
Let's imagine that it's summer and we find ourselves in a flower meadow surrounded by beautiful flowers.
I would include Nigella arvénsis, or Field Nigella among these special flowers.
The structure of this flower is incredible and it is similar to the work of Faberge only many times more skillful because it is not malleable gold but a living material.
Thin translucent petals with distinct veins combine perfectly with the slightly rough-looking design of the stem and leaves not like splayed needles but the inflorescence itself looks like a royal crown.
Three people who posted photos of flowers in the comments to this post (the three best photos among all the photos that I see in the comments) will receive a prize from me in the form of ALIVE and LOLZ tips.
I recently learned that this flower has a strawberry scent I don’t know I haven’t checked when I see this flower in the summer I’ll definitely check it.

Here's my flower-lawn photo of the day! Today I give you lemon flowers! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
Once I tried to grow a lemon, but no matter what I tried to do, the flowers fell off and the fruit did not form. But now there are several tangerines growing on our windowsill, which my daughter grew from seeds, let’s hope that we will see the result. These lemon flowers look huge and they are beautiful! 😃👍🐝🌻🐎

Yes, different Citrus varieties can vary widely in how they do under particular conditions, with some thriving and others languishing. That's excellent that your daughter grew tangerine seeds! Most Citrus do not grow true from seed, so the fruit may end up being wildly different the parent. They'd be edible in any case, though I can't say anything about flavor! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
