My landscapes - Issue 97 from 12.17.2023 + contest for everyone who wants to share a landscape.
Any landscape, this little journey into the past and future, depends only on the imagination of the one who looks at the landscape.
It's good that there are like-minded people in the world.
One day I was walking along a stream that had been dug to drain swamps and it was a long and tiring journey.
I needed to cross to the opposite side of the stream, but I didn’t know if I would find a place where I could cross.
The stream was not wide but there was no way to jump over it and the banks were marshy mud.
At some point I already began to doubt the correctness of the choice of direction of movement and in general the correctness of this idea, and suddenly I saw a bridge made of old rotten boards.
I doubted that one day I would be happy to see rotten boards; usually I sent them to the furnace firebox but in this situation, everything was different.
It’s good that there were those who like me dreamed of being on the opposite side of the stream and they had rotten boards at hand.
