Monochrome photo for every day my personal photo challenge - 01/12/2024 - Issue - No.123+ a modest competition for everyone who wants to share a monochrome photograph.
Having grown up in a family of hunters and being a hunter myself you could say my hunting instincts were on the high end of the scale if such a thing exists.
But after a while I was able to muffle these instincts and was able to calmly watch the pigeons running around the park and begging in the hope of getting bread crumbs from people.
For me this is a challenge, but for you, it can be a simple and easy read, or it can become a competition which you can read about below.
If the pigeons knew how many pigeons I have eaten in my life they would fly away at the sight of me within a radius of several kilometers but they run carelessly along the asphalt because I have ceased to be a hunter, lol.
Lately there has been frequent news that governments want to introduce breeding and use of insects as protein fillers in the food industry... lol... I increasingly began to look at pigeons again as a hunter for a source of valuable meat product and not like a person who is absolutely indifferent to pigeons because the alternative could buzz or look like a worm or a caterpillar.
You can join the challenge by posting a monochrome photo under this and subsequent challenge posts.
This should be any monochrome photographic work; it does not necessarily have to be black and white, sepia and other variations are welcome, and it can also be monochrome photo collages.

Frugal contests modestly replenish the liquidity reserves of contestants through tips, and daily participation can make the modest very immodest, lol.
