Monochrome photo for every day my personal photo challenge - 11/16/2023 - Issue - No.67
Optimism is close to idealism in that when you go through some trials and come out of them without losses it seems that you will never face this again.
For example, some things seem to be a relic of the past but optimism does not help and the general atmosphere of mood does not reach idealism when over the years you become a little progmatic.
I grew up during the construction of communism lol and then queues were the norm.
There were queues everywhere for sausages for carpets for food and for buying cars, a queue for housing and queues for frozen chickens which were put up for sale after they had lain for thirty years in the freezer as an untouchable reserve in case of nuclear war they were blue, but there was a queue behind them a kilometer long and I joined the queue in the evening and stood all night and by lunchtime the next day I bought chickens and it seems like a forgotten relic.
But even today when everything your heart desires can be ordered on the Internet and delivered to your door, you can see the queues at Patek during quarantine or the queue that you see in the photograph, where people fought for their place in order to go to the store for the sale of second-hand goods on the day of delivery of a new batch of goods.

Here's my monochrome photo of the day! This is a small reddish-bronze bromeliad, that usually grow at the tops of trees, that I have growing on the lava near the Flow House, with Asian sword ferns next to it. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
