Magdalene is one of the first developed characters in The Binding of Isaac. 🔧 Strategy and Early Game

To maximize Maggie's potential, you need to complete Challenge #32: April's Fool to unlock the Full Health pill. With this pill, you can get up to two Angel Room items, even on the first floor!

🔁 By holding R at the start of a run, you can reset until you spawn with a Sacrifice Room.

Thanks to Yum Heart, high HP and the Full Health pill, you're able to hit the spikes up to 7 times, giving a high chance for an Angel Room or a random item from its pool.

If there are enough red hearts on the floor, you can sacrifice yourself 10 times to get 30 coins or 7 soul hearts.

On the 9th and 11th sacrifice, angels appear (Uriel / Gabriel). Defeating them grants key pieces, increasing your chance for more Angel Rooms later. If you're not confident enough — just leave and re-enter the room to skip the fight.
