My root

I have spent last days at my home, in Pavullo nel Frignano, with Francesca.

Cleaning house and thoughts and walking around the hills.
A bit of serenity after days of irrational anxiety.

Here Pavullo nel Frignano, the place that has inspired the painter Gino Covili for his artistic creations depicting crowded streets, houses and roofs.

We visited an interesting exhibition by Francesca Zoboli e Guido Scarabottolo.

Our history, like seed, can grow if the ground is fruitful. From the inner of our messy unconscious, a flower of sense can appear.

At the same time, I want to show you, in this post, the place where I live, my root.
As a fire, roots are warming and giving me a special serenity, cleaning my mind. It is important to exit from our confort zone, but often, it is also nice to feel the heat of our place, like a blanket that can regenerate, recharging and giving us new energies and ideas.

Here the symbol of Pavullo, the giant Lebanese cedar in Estense ducal palace, called 'Il Pinone' (the great pine).

Around the city, watching flowers has been better than meditation and also better than some psychotherapy sessions. Touching the ground, walking in wet grass, into the green, discovering again to have a body.

Daisy flowers with a cold insect on one of the flower, waiting to a late spring (there was some now after an huge snowfall happened a week ago).
