Iknaruk

If there's one thing that fascinates me, it's printing on different types of paper, especially if they're old, recycled papers, or book covers, magazines, or something like that. I have to be lucky enough to find interesting paper that's smooth or has enough space available.
The paper I used here is an A4-size art catalog.
What interested me here was the color and the fact that it was a completely blank page.
I like to try different types of paint on the different types of paper I use, and in this case I used blue ink and ethanol, as well as gold paint. I also scanned the image, so there are several versions.

love how you used ethanol to lift the blue ink and shift the mood of the print, that little subtraction turned the long exposure into something airy. The blank A4 catalog page choice is clever because the coated stock fights back in a nice way. The ethanol and ink works like a budget darkroom, and it made me smile :)
