Document acquisition turned adventure
I was supposed to post this a few weeks back. Before all the rain and flood because this was one of my few trips out last June that I really enjoyed UwU This trip was supposed to be me acquiring some documents and a few requirements to apply for a Japanese visa. My sister and I are gonna take the family on a trip to Japan for mom's birthday! Unfortunately we can't keep this ne a surprise because we kind of need her help for acquiring some documents.
Anyway, the visa center we applied in was in a mall near my house. So what happened was that I asked my sister's to come get me at some point. And they did and I kind of regret it because they just made me spend so much money that day XD
No regrets though because we found this prettiest Cafe ever! It gives me this Alice in wonderland feels and I live for it! If only the flowers could talk. But I think that would freak me out more than I would like to admit even though I think it would be cool af!
The food there was really good too because I had a strawberry latte and we each got a dessert and everything was just perfect! Not too sweet and not too bland, just perfect flavors baked to perfection.
After the cafe, mom texted that we need to buy cat food because my cat apparently ate everything and as cat mom, I'm responsible for all his supplies. Unfortunately, none of the food he usually eats was there so it was a bad errand run but what we did find were these cool Lego animals and I definitely had to take a photo of each and every one of those.
It was about 6pm or so when we basically saw everything the fancy mall had to offer. There weren't a lot of food options for dinner too so what happened was we ended up walking to the mall just a few meters away, the one that had the terminal headed home. I was pretty sure that after eating, we would be getting mom food then we'd be heading home. But what we didn't expect was a mini animal exhibit to be there, hosting an event.
It was cool though because they had reptile houses and a few other live animal exhibits as well as some other cute Trinket stores and boutiques so we really enjoyed it. I think we spent a good hour just going around eac booth because I had a biology major sister basically talking my ear off about these animals and the care they need plus the breeding/mating rituals and whatnot. Fascinating, in a way but I was just happy to be there XD
Bonus pics:
We got a few little critters from the animal expo XD they were sooo cute! I got the 2 lizard 3D printed charms then the crocheted axolotl is for my sister abroad. We got it for when she comes back.
Well, that was one of the few Wednesday walks I've had! Glad I got to share these with you ^^ will probably try to make a few more adventures soon because I've been feeling so trapped and stressed in my routine and I think I need some form of change. IDK I also think I need to start therapy but too expensive so it's escapism for me for now ;;-;;
So that's all from me for today. It's a Monday and I was not expecting this much work so early in this week so I hope I can keep writing. Please wish me luck ;;-;;
A good day spent at the mall, the Lego is lovely, I always loved Lego
Poor animals tough 🫤
i have always loved lego too 🥹 they're just expensive af
yeah they get so exploited in these exhibits
That's true, with the kid I'm seeing prices now, one small tractor is like 15€ lol
heck is the lego made of gold even??? 15€ is crazy for a kid's toy price
Oh a decent toy is around 20-30€, except like 1 small car that's 2€, but everything a bit complex is way more... Sea toys are cheap, like 8-10€ for truck and bulldozer
so it's definitely not cheap to get kids toys in europe 🤣🤣🤣 then i shall learn the paty of toymaking for my future kids
Lol toymaking is not easy, depends on their likings
well i can crochet and my boyfriend does woodworking. i think we'll figure something out
Wooden toys are super expensive because they are not made of plastic hence more valuable!
When's the wedding BTW?
and it takes more time to make but he's been teaching me how to use tools recently
lol when we figure out how to get married 🤣
Go to the town hall, sign a paper. Tutorial ended 😂
we aren't even living in the same country 🤣🤣
Lol, you can ask chatgpt then
we'll figure it out, don't worry papa
Glad you got out for a Wednesday walk, saw some interesting things. I'm glad you photographed them and shared these with us. !BBH
i was happy i did too. it's not every day that i get to see interesting things
