Walking along Trekhsvyatskaya Street at night in the city of Tver, we realized that something was missing. Summer was over, the sky was dark and gloomy, and in addition to this, it rained periodically.

We realized that we needed to go to a Georgian restaurant. Why Georgian? It just happened to be nearby, and Georgian cuisine consists mainly of meat, vegetables and spices. What else do you need for a holiday? Of course, the famous Georgian wine.
In a word, we came in.

Quite unexpectedly, there was an Italian restaurant outside the door. But they explained to us that the Georgian restaurant is on the 2nd floor. Of course, we went up to the 2nd floor. Italian cuisine is also great, but we have already tuned in to sunny Georgia.

The restaurant was divided into 2 parts. One was more of a banquet room and a long table was being set there. The other was smaller, with a view of the holy of holies-the kitchen itself.

Of course, we are located closer to the kitchen. I asked and was allowed to shoot whatever I wanted. I am very grateful to them for this and today I sent them some of the captured photos as a thank you.

And that's how they cook coals from firewood themselves. The firewood is wrapped in thick foil (copper) and set on fire. A live fire in the room is worth a lot.

No, I can't show it. It's hard for me to cope with the saliva coming out...

And cheerful Georgian music was playing in the hall. People came and went, Some tables were set, others were cleaned. The usual life of the restaurant was going on. And only for each visitor it was a small holiday.

Of course you can guess where I managed to take a self-portrait. Of course, where there is a mirror hanging on the wall...

Hi @bambuka ! Could you please drop the link on the #MarketFriday post? Thank you.

What a delight! I have actually never eaten at a Georgian Restaurant per se, but, I can say that it looks delicious, all the same! I think once I get something in my head, I need to follow through with the idea.

You thought Georgian, now go Georgian! :) How lucky to have the kitchen pictures be available to you! They came out awesome! Thank you for them! Was your meal expensive? Have the prices gone up, in your opinion, or stayed much the same?

Thank you for being a part of #MarketFriday! I cannot tell you how pleased I am to see so many participating every week. I have learned so much about the different cultures of the world, especially the small things that go unnoticed except by those looking for them. Life is interesting, wherever you are, whatever you are doing. I hope the week has found you healthy and happy, as we all look to prosper in our way of life.

Helloy, @dswigle
I have already left a link:

Maybe I left it in the wrong place? Then tell me the right place for the link, please.

I really liked the Georgian cuisine, it's really delicious. Meat, vegetables, everything is just amazing. And all this is cooked in an original way.

As for the prices, they are normal for a restaurant, but less than in restaurants in St. Petersburg. Being a pensioner, I can afford to visit such a restaurant sometimes, this is normal :)
If prices have increased, it is not too much, but it is difficult for me to compare, everywhere is different.

Thank you for an interesting topic every week and your warm comments.
I can't treat you to Georgian wine, but here's a little !BEER
